As a provider of food products, we do not accept returns of any item once it ships.
However, we have a 14-day 100% Happy Pet Guarantee on your first order! If your pet doesn't like their food within 14 days of purchasing your first order, please contact us at info@nibbsclub.com, and we'll be sure to help you out.
If you have issues with subsequent orders, contact us at info@nibbsclub.com, tell us what happened, and we'll do everything we can to ensure you're taken care of. Your experience is important to us, so if we can make it right, we will!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
